Rackel Savadian

Digital Strategist
Rackel Savadian is a Digital Strategist at Left Hook.

The daughter of two Armenian political refugees from Iran and the granddaughter of a leader in the Armenian sovereignty movement, Rackel first noticed the powerful influence of media in politics when she was just 13 years old and saw Snoop Dogg encourage youth to vote on a Rock the Vote commercial.

This immediately sparked her passion for engaging the mind of America's future through the integration of pop-culture & media with politics. To this day, Rackel is passionate about creating innovative strategies to influence the political sphere through a digital platform. Prior to joining Left Hook, Rackel was part of the Kully Hall Struble team, and previous to that interned at several public offices, including Los Angeles Mayor Garcetti's Communication & Press Office, Los Angeles City Council, as well as California State Assembly.

A lifelong Angeleno, Rackel received her Master's in Public Policy from University of Southern California, with a concentration in Media and Communication of Public Policy. Two years prior to that, she earned her Bachelor of Policy, Planning, and Development, also from USC.

When she's not working you can catch her perfecting her Chatarunga Dandasana, whipping up new recipes, or snapping pics of her insta-famous yorkiepoo.
